A 12-year-old Indian Mongrel, Prem is a bundle of joy who loves his space (usually under the cherry tree) and has fun picking fights with dogs younger than him. He is visually impaired(blind) and was found with a maggot infestation on his back. He is energetic despite his age but runs and hides when it rains!
